After your swim, use the Co-Wash to wash your hair. Apply the product to your scalp and hair. Massage it in and allow it 3 minutes. Rinse your hair with water. Do not combine this with any shampoo and conditioner. Use any post-wash hair serum/product that you like. It will successfully remove any sweat, grime, dirt after your workout and will also remove chlorine, chemicals & salt water that your hair has been exposed to in the pool/sea/ocean water.
